EGLINTON CROSSTOWN MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE FACILITY
Metrolinx’s Eglinton Crosstown Maintenance and Storage Facility spans 57 acres and initially serviced 76 Bombardier Flexity Freedom vehicles upon opening but has capacity for 135 vehicles to handle the future expansion of Line 5 Eglinton. The Maintenance and Storage Facility is the main service hub for Line 5 Eglinton and is comprised of multiple dedicated facilities including; vehicle cleaning and inspection facility, cleaning bay, staff building, operations building, maintenance and major repair building, and a backup power facility. The Maintenance and Storage Facility also includes a bridge over the CN/CP rail corridor allowing staff and service vehicles to access the MSF from the west.

HONDA OF CANADA - ALLISTON PLANT
Representing a total investment of $3.9B, Honda of Canada’s Alliston Plant is one of Honda’s premier manufacturing facilities in the world. In May 2006, Honda announced it would build a $154M engine plant in Alliston to supply about 200,000 engines a year. The Engine Plant opened in 2008 and is equipped to produce more than 200,000 four-cylinder engines a year.

F&P Mfg. Inc, a subsidiary of Ftech Inc. in Japan, is a leading Tier 1 Automotive Parts Manufacturer located in Tottenham, Ontario. F&P’s core service is automotive component manufacturing including; metal stamping, welding, hydroforming, e-coat and modular assembly. This Ontario plant produced over 58 million component parts annually for more than 18 current vehicle models.
