• Ensure Plans Are Compliant with Provincial Building Regulations

• Constantly Keep Up to Date with the Latest Legal Requirement and Changes in Compliance Standards

ESTIMATING, ENGINEERING & VALUE ENGINEERING

Services:

• Assist in Pre-bid Scope Review

• Provide Pre-tender Cost Estimates

• Excel Spreadsheets of Early Design Stages

• Review and Advise on Early Design

• Confirm Products

• Meet Local Building Codes and Regulations

• Work Closely with Customers and Consultants to Solve Early Stage Design Issues

• Maintain Constant Connection with Steel Suppliers to Provide Best Prices for our Customers

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Services:

• Assist in Producing Valuable Schedules and Coordination with Trades to Ensure Project Stays on Schedule

• Active Oversight in the Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling and Closure of a Project

• Detect Unstated Assumptions and Resolve Conflicts

• Assigned Project Manager Will Remain Primary Contact for General Contractor
