With over 150 employees in the main facility and on current project sites, Venture Metal Works is comprised of diverse teams of individuals that are both highly experienced and skilled across a wide range of specialized fields. Our Management teams consist of specialists in Design Assist, Estimating, Drafting, Engineering, and Project Management with over 200 years of collective experience. 

Additionally, our fabrication teams have over 250 years of experience collectively, consisting of specialists in Fitting, Welding, Hydraulic Break Operating, Hydraulic Shear Operating, Finishing, and Painting.
